Desi
Desi is an Appaloosa gelding, who was 8 when he arrived. He was surrendered to the sanctuary along with his sister, Lucie and mother Lucille. He came in shell shocked and did not trust anyone. Plus he was so thin; we thought we might lose him. But today, he is happy, joyous, and plays with his sister constantly. Mama watches over him so protectively but he loves it because of what they went through.
