The Circle for Clearing and Charging
Objects
We are so rushed in our lives these days that we don't
realize that we are affected by so much around us.
Your home maybe filled with mementos from past
failed relationships. You may have accepted a gift
from someone who wishes you harm. You might find
a bargain at a yard sale not knowing the family is
going through divorce and bankruptcy. And as you
bring these items into your house you release this
energy into your life. It is important to take time to be in
touch with the things around you and to cleanse the
objects when necessary.
Using the Circle to Clear Objects: place the object
on a table or on the floor. Draw a line of salt around
the object in a circle. You can use clearing salt (or
other specially blended salt for clearing) or sea salt.
Allow the object to stay in the center of the salt for 24
hours. Then remove the object. Clear away the salt
and toss it into a trash can off your property. Do not
reuse the salt.
You can also create useful tools to help you in your life
by infusing objects with energy. You can charge a
pendant for protection, a statue to help your memory, a
crystal to bring you energy, a candle to call for wealth
and so on. By charging an object you are setting the
object to one specific purpose and therefore you
should not use it for another. For instance if you
charge a special pen to help inspire you to write don't
use the pen to pay bills.
Using the Circle to Charge Objects: Choose an
object and the purpose for that object. It is easiest if
the object already represents that purpose (for
instance a St Michael statue charged for protection
rather than the fluffy stuffed bunny rabbit charged for
protection). Place the object on a table or floor where
you can leave it for 24 hours. Then create a circle
around the object. You can use crystals (clear quartz
works very well), herbs (rosemary is quite good), or
write your intent on nine small pieces of paper. When
the 24 hours is complete remove the charged object.
Gather your crystals, herbs or papers to use again. If
the object you have charged is used regularly you may
have to recharge it monthly otherwise charge when
you feel the energy waning.

Spiritual Salts are specially blended or scented salts
that are used for specific purposes. Small grain salts,
such as Clearing or Lavender, can be used
for casting (throwing salt on the floor), dissolving in
warm water to spray into a room, or used in the bath
or shower. Large grain salts, such as Protection or
Displacement, are placed to be a barrier between you
and something else. All of our salts come with
instructions.

apothecary bottles. Bottles measure 4.5 inches tall
and contain nearly four ounces of Spiritual Salt (2-3
times more than the bagged version) and an
instruction scroll.
